Hi,
I have brand new HP Probook 740 g7 with 8 GB RAM. It has only MS Office 2019 installed. When I boot this device, it continuously shows 100% disk usage. I have tried different suggestion like stop the search indexing etc but in vain. I tried HP support assistant for performance optimization but not luck. I am not able to open any application. I tried to run a movie but lags a lot and even video get frozen.
What are the probable reason for this and remedy for this ?
Thanks for help.
regards
Qumer
