Product: HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (71H58AV)

Last week out of the blue my laptop could't see a specific model of Dell dockingstations. I started working in the morning, plugged it off for 10 minutes, when I plugged it back in it was over, no connection whatsoever.

I have tried updating my laptop drivers if there were any, downloaded some drivers for the dockingstation itself, but that doesn't work at all because the DS needs to be visible on my laptop before he can put any firmware on it. 
Funny thing, I have no issues with other docking stations, just this one type/model. 

Other laptops (other brand and model) don't seem to have problems with this specific ds, just a few colleagues

with the same model as me. Any clue or ideas where to look would be very helpful.
