HP Envy 17
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have installed the whole Win10 new after an System-Error. But now I lost all my HP-Programs like the Software for DVDs, HP Audio Switch, etc. I read that it is possible to install this programs again with the HP Recovery Tool. But this Tool isn't also now installed on my Notebook. On the HP-Site could find to download and I would install only from official sites.

Does anyone knows how I can install the HP Programs agan?

Thank you for your help

What you read is inaccurate.  The HP Recovery Media does not simply install the HP stuff; instead, what it does is erase the ENTIRE drive, reformat it, recreate all the partitions, and repopulate them.  So you can not use it to simply reinstall the HP stuff.

Thank you for your information.

But does you know any kind of solution that I can become the HP-Software without to erase the whole disk?

I would be real happy if it would be possible to reinstall these software.

Thank you

I understand what it is you want to do -- and if there was a simple solution, I would have presented it to you.
