HP Recommended

Trying to download HP Quickdrop from Google playstore to Android phone.  Message says "Looking for HP Quickdrop? The app isnt available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android"  The phone has Android version 14,   Any thought on how I can get quick drop to work from my phone
