HP Recommended

Trying to download HP Quickdrop from Google playstore to Android phone.  Message says "Looking for HP Quickdrop? The app isnt available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android"  The phone has Android version 13, the same as my other phone where it installed with no problem.  Any thoughts?
