I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of response to my rebate request for the Risk-Free Care Pack program. My warranty expired on November 18, 2024, and I submitted my rebate request on November 23, 2024, well within the 90-day window outlined in the program terms. It is now over a month since my submission, and I have yet to receive a confirmation or any updates.
This delay is completely unacceptable. As a loyal HP customer, I expect timely and professional handling of such matters. I provided all necessary information in my initial request, yet your lack of acknowledgment has caused unnecessary inconvenience.

If additional documentation is required, this should have been communicated promptly. Kindly confirm receipt of my request and provide a timeline for resolution.
If I do not receive a response within , I will escalate this matter further, including filing complaints with relevant consumer protection agencies and posting my experience on public forums to warn other customers.
I expect a resolution soon and appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I understand you are facing an issue with the Carepack refund. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
If no service event occurs after the purchase date of the Care Pack, you are allowed to claim a rebate for the price of your Care Pack. Please refer to your Risk-Free rebate form at the time of purchase as the program dates and conditions may have changed.
