Like so many others, I too have submitted the proper paperwork to receive the HP Risk Free Care Pack rebate that I purchased with both my laptops. Everything is completed accurately, submitted within the proper timeframe and I've had no response or reply since my submission in January 2024. I can't find a way to get any help or response and from what I can find online, this seems to be a common problem. I am so disappointed in HP. This is a last-ditch effort to get advice on how to get this resolved and move on. Thank you for any insight!

@Rachel571 I don't have an option to access private messages in or next to the black box (options are manage HP acct or sign out) or the songndancegrl (options are my profile, my settings, my posts, my subscriptions). Please advise.
