HP Service Pack Rebate

Does anyone ever get the service pack rebate?  I have submitted my claim now twice with nothing back and I am starting to think it's a scam.  I refuse to call multiple phone numbers multiple times like many people on the internet or saying they had to do.  

And how do you get a scan code for a service pack purchase???  I have the emails showing i bought it and paid for it.

I have bought so many HPs over the years and I am disappointed in them.  If this does turn out to be a scam I will never buy HP again.
