Hi, I got a Spectra X360 and i try the following and the monitor connect to HDMI still do not have any signal.

 

(1) HP Travel hub USB C

(2) HP USB C Dock G4

(3) HP  USB to HDMI cable

 

Also i notice some unidentified device shown in device manager

 

Hope you can give me some advice and solution

@powermacsamI don't know what is the model/product of your machine therefore I can't comment on (1) and (2), For 3 you need s DisplayLink Certified adapter such as

 

USB to HDMI Adapter
