Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I am trying to update my laptop's software drivers and possibly BIOS. My HP support assistant does not work for this, it has never worked for this since the purchase of my laptop. I have to go to the HP website to perform updates. However, when I go to the support section and request for the website to locate updates for my laptop, I cannot get passed the screen that prompts me for my operating system, which is Windows 11. It does not give me the option to select Windows 11, only Windows 10. It says for Windows 11, I have to use the HP support assistant application...which does not work for me.
