Product: HP Spectre x360 13-aw0057na

Hi,

I just received my HP spectre today and after setting it up and installing all my apps the laptop started to overheat with the fan coming on but took ages for it to get back to normal, I thought it was alright but then it started again and kept going. I was running netflix first and it started overheating, the next time I was running the browser. Hoping if anyone has a fix or something I should do, I just received this laptop today.

Specifications: HP Spectre x360 13-aw0057na, intel core i5, 8gb ram.

Please ensure the Notebook has the latest BIOS https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

 

Also follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01657439
