HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-aw0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear HP forum users,

Since a few months I am the proud owner of a HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-aw0xxx with OLED 4K.

It's a great piece of kit but the battery life is dramatic. Max 6 hours, mostly 5 hours after a full charge.

I had expected so much better from a 2020 intel core 10th gen laptop.

Who can give me some tips on how to reduce the battery consumption? Any great software?

Battery save mode doesn't change much i.m.o.

I have reduced the resolution to full HD... but the tekst is not that sharp? (zoom percentage at 125%, clearview on)

Should I post my usage logs here?

Hi @lppiet

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the battery performance.

Please try these steps - HP Notebook PCs - Improving Battery Performance (Windows)

Also, keep your Notebook PC updates -  HP PCs - Downloading or Updating Software and Drivers

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
