Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, my fingerprint reader works to logon to windows BUT how do I use it to logon to websites and other online accounts?  Say The Open University or Amazon for example or BBC? Any site that requires a login I want to store and use the fingerprint reader to authenticate but I cannot find any references to that subject that actually work, nothing! Can I raise a case with HP support? seemingly not, can I talk HP support about it DITO!  Ideas anyone?
