Product: HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-aa0000 (7M3L2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have a brand new Spectre x360 that was bought with an active tilt pen bundled. I have installed the HP pen control software but as soon as I launch it it says the computer is not supported. I have read another post with exactly the same issue, and tried following that advice already. unhelpfully that thread ended with the person being sent a private message by support! So I dont know how or if the problem was resolved! In the HP support section for my laptop, there dows not appear to be any pen drivers, and device manager only has an entry saying "HID compliant pen" which has the most recent driver already. Can you help?
