Product: HP Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I tilt my screen back to use it as a tablet, my screen begins to flicker between different explorer tabs and I am unable to use the laptop in tablet mode. The issue resolves itself only when tilting the screen back to laptop mode.

Let's try Step 4 from this document.

 

Also, I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting,

 

If the issue persists in the BIOS screen which is outside windows, it would confirm a hardware failure.
