Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

prompted to install latest Intel graphics DCH update (...7870) but get error message that update not validated by HP device.

 

tried to manually update, but receive same issue.

 

suspect that issue is impacting other software e.g. via steam

Hi:

 

If your notebook only has the Intel HD graphics, see my knowledge base article at the link below for how to manually update the Intel graphics driver to the latest version, if you did not try it this way...
