@Technomaniac That looks like a notification from the HP Support Assistant, I suggest you remove this Chinese version and install the English version instead as there isn't an option to change the language on the app:

1. In Windows, search for an open Uninstall a program.

2. On the Programs and Features window, select HP Support Assistant, then click Uninstall.

3. Click Yes on the Programs and Features screen to confirm you want to uninstall HP Support Assistant.

Hi.  Someone suggested that I give the stream a password when I fire it up. I did that, and so far so good. Thanks everyone,
