Hi all,

I just received my laptop but have ran into an issue that I would appreciate your help with.

 

HP Support assistant look to be telling me there are 2 updates for my machine. I click the button and it says i need to restart my laptop which I do. When my laptop reboots the number 2 above updates is still there and it asks me the same again about restarting my laptop when i click it. So it's just an endless loop and it doesn't seem as if the updates are being applied. 

 

Can anyone help with this?

look, what updates are we talking about?
And version shown
See if you find the version you have installed in the computer
and also check if available here.
