Hello,

 

the error appears when trying to install HP SA on a new laptop.
I installed the system from a backup of the exact same laptop model (fresh installation) - could this be the issue causing the installation to fail? And if so, how can I get past it?

 

I didn't find any help via Google - I tried restart, stopping all HP services, checking if there are any HP Support Assistant files even though it has never been present on the machine...

 

Any tip will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
