Can anyone tell me why the HP Support Assistant version 9 OR the HP Support Assistant app from the windows store won't work with this 2 year old HP computer updated with the latest Windows 10? The Store app starts but hangs with error message "Application enabling services are unavailable". The HP SA webpage states that "During setup, selected new HP PC models running Windows 10 will receive version 9. All other PC models will receive version 8". Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have seen other posts from a HP admin...that doesn't work on this machine.
