When I run the HP Support Assistant, it shows I have several updates available but when I choose all updates or even a single update, and then click the download/install button, it launches and the first step is "connecting to HP servers". It immediately shows the red circle with a slash and then sits like that indefinitely until I hit the cancel button.  I've re-installed the HPSA several times but it will not connect to the HP servers.

This issue has been going on for several weeks.  I've gone back in many times and it no longer connects to the HP servers.  Other computers in the same network still do.
