HP Support Assistant cannot sign in

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when I try to sign in to HP Support Assistant I put my e mail address and password then sign in. It asks would you like to be kept sign in and I answer yes. It goes back to sign in and the process starts again. It appears to be in a never ending loop

HP Support Assistant requires you use your HP Account.

Check at the HP Account site to make sure  your credentials are correct.

 

HP Account - Login / Dashboard

Note:  Log into your HP Account if / when you need central access to your device information, including the ability to update your personal  information.
