HP Support Assistant does not find my own device

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-br1xx 2ZH47EA#ABD
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I accidentally removed my own device, i.e. my notebook in the HP Support Assistant. When I tried to add it again, the assistant could not find my notebook. Entering the product and serial number directly did not help either.

Then I de-installed and reinstalled the HP Support Assistang. That didn't help either.


Can somebody help?
