Product: HP ZBook Fury 16 G10 Mobile Workstation PC (7B626AV)

Dear community,

I'm searching for the most recent version of "HP Support Assistant" 9.37.11.0.

When I try to download the software over "https://support.hp.com/de-de/help/hp-support-assistant" the installer packkage contains HP Support Assistant in V9.33. A colleague of mine has problems with his HP Support Assistant, but he hasn't the most recent version 9.37 which I have running on my Laptop. Maybe the most recent version could solve the problem, but I cannot find a download link, containing this version.

This has been discussed here before (I cannot find the thread) and it is my understanding that the HPSA version changes with the language and country.  I have 9.37.11.0 which is the USA ENGLISH one and I have been told that it would be the same as the French one but the French one would  have a really different version number.

 

You could try downloading from the USA site but that might mess with your browser language defaults and you might be stuck with English and have to figure a way to to get it back to German language.  This happened to me on a Japanese site and I had to reset my browser and delete all my cookies to get back to English.

Hi BeemerBiker,

I tried to download it from this website "https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-support-assistant" (should be presumably the english version), but it's still 9.33... ;-(

The microsoft app store is the one that hands out different versions now that I think about it.

Try running  wsreset to get the latest Microsoft store but i think you will get the German store one unless you access a pc in USA

 

I looked for a download I could send you but I cannot find one as it came from that Microsoft store and they use an install that does not leave a download.

 

I am still looking for one will post it if I can find it.

 

I found 9.33.28 will try to find a place to put the

9.33.28 is that one I already have. The website also still has this old version... Maybe I wait, until the website has updated to the recent version...
