My Windows has all of the latest updates. Strangely, I used to have HP Support Assistant on this machine until it would crash every time I opened it, which is why I tried to reinstall it, which I believe led me to this issue. Unfortunately, I cannot update my drivers from the HP website because most of them only go up to Windows 10 version 1903 and will not install on any newer versions. Thank you for your time and effort.

@HenryPontzer To clarify, the HP Support Assistant gets it's updates from the HP website, it's simply a medium that stored or redirects the information from the website, in an application, hence, it doesn't matter whether you get the updates from the app or the website, it's actually the same exact thing.

The only reason we suggest using the app is because it has all the information in one place, including diagnostic options among others without you having to enter the product details each time you visit the website, it's an easy alternative but in the end, it's the same source.
