HP Support Assistant does not install. It completes all stage of install properly. No error message but does not show in list of Programme nor can use it.

It should be under a folder called HP Help and Support as shown

(a) Hit Win key,

(b) Scroll down to HP Help and Support and expand it

 

HPSA should be there. You can right click and Pin it to Taskbar.

No Banhien, it's not there. As I wrote earlier it doesn't show anywhere. My laptop was completely formatted & the older programme (I think it was called HP JumpStart) that came preinstalled with the laptop too was deleted maybe that's y I can't install. If I get that old version maybe it will help. I'm just guessing.
