15T
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 3 year care pack, yet the support assistant only shows a 1 year warranty. I checked on the website and it shows the correct warranty, though this still confuses me as the support assistant has the same access to serial number and product number. Normally I wouldn't care about something like this, but I'd like to get it sorted out in case I decide to sell or give the notebook to someone sometime down the line.

I've also noticed that the model number and picture is incorrect and is showing I have a Pavilion G6 when I actually just have a 15T.

Any ideas? I've already tried reinstalling the latest version of Support Assistant. Thanks!

Please remove the G6 and ADD your 15T to it again.

Regards.

After removing and adding it again, it still shows the incorrect model number (though the serial and product number are correct). Warranty info is still missing.
