There have not been any Windows 8.1 OS updates for your system for a long time.
Solution: Stop using HP Support Assistant to update your HP software and drivers.
For example, the latest HP update for your system running Windows 8.1x is the BIOS and that update is from 2018 - everything else is several years older than that.
If you like having the HPSA around, open Settings > and remove the "automatically" update option.
