Product: OMEN 17-cb1000 Laptop PC (25T57AV)

Somehow HP support Assistant app thinks I am in Russia`n laptop. When I try to use that app to update, it blocks me from doing so , saying that Russia is no longer supported. I bought a laptop 2 years ago in the Russian Federation but I am a citizen of the Republic of Moldova and i am based in the Republic of Moldova. How do I get rid of that restriction. This is definitely not OK. HP should have smarter solutions than this.
I bought HP Omen 17 which cost more than $2000.
