@LoppMN,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

HP Support Assistant (HPSA) is HP's utility for Windows that helps keep your HP PC up to date by checking for driver, BIOS, and firmware updates, running diagnostics, and providing support resources.

So, to get started:

  1. Download the latest version of HP Support Assistant from the official HP website.
  2. Run the installer and restart your PC if prompted.
  3. Open HP Support Assistant from the Start menu.
  4. If your HP PC is not automatically detected, select Add a device and follow the prompts.
  5. On the Updates tab, click Check for updates and messages to scan for available driver, BIOS, and software updates.
  6. Install any recommended updates, then restart your PC if required.

You can download HP Support Assistant here: HP Support Assistant Download

Note: HP Support Assistant is designed for HP computers running Windows. If your PC does not support HPSA, you can still download drivers, BIOS updates, and diagnostics directly from your PC's support page on the HP Support website.

Kind Regards,
