Has anyone noticed a fault in HP Support Assistant --> My Printer --> Ink levels?  While the levels reported are correct the black & colour are presented the wrong way round - colour being indicated in the black column and vice versa.

HP  needs to publish an update to the HP Support Assistant software!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the HP support assistant is not showing the correct ink levels.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Are you referring to the Printer assistant or the HP support assistant?

Please share a screenshot of the issue you are facing?

Meanwhile, I recommend you uninstall HP support assistant and then download and install it from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Thanks for your help. Uninstalling HP Support Assistant and downloading and reinstalling it seems to resolved the issue.
