Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Support Assistant sits in the background, and receives messages from HP??  Today I notices the HP Icon as a 24 on it. Open to find I have 24 unread messages. Must delete the messages to remove the 24. Must click only 1 icon and then confirm the popup to delete. HP needs to supply a delete all button.
