Hi! My issue is that the HP Support Assistant stopped working due to HP stop working in Russia, I bought notebook in Kazahstan for company and I don't know how come that the notebook intended for Russia but came up in KZ. Is it possible to unblock my notebook or do something to help me with this issue?

HPSA might also stop and refuse to open - regardless of region - when the HPSA application cannot automatically detect the Operating System and version.
For example, when manually opening your product category Software and Drivers, the choices for Windows 10 version includes several versions all the way from Windows 10 v1903 to Windows 10 v22H2.
If opening the Software category manually works, use that.
That said, regardless of whether HPSA is willing, updating the BIOS manually is always better than allowing a program to decide for you when the BIOS is updated.
Selecting Windows 10 v22H2 displays just two updates for 2023:
HP BIOS and System Firmware (S79)
and
What if?
If HP has locked access to a any region -- anywhere on the planet -- there is nothing the Community can do to change that.
