Product: HP ZBook G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI.

 

When I open HP Support Assistant and try to see any messages or alerts sent to me I receive the above error. I have a high speed fibre link and support multiple remote systems and staff with no connectivity problems and I am not using a proxy server. Please can you assist in resolving this?
