Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have taken a couple of complaints from Service Desk about the HP support assistant being unable to find and download drivers for devices that are on the corporate estate.
We run an Authenticated Proxy and users do not have admins, so my initial thought is that in order for the device to install drivers, it must be the system account that is trying to run the show, and this is what is preventing access to HP resources.  I had a little google to try and find the endpoint URL but am unable to find it.
The only suggestions I have found are to add something like "*.hp.com" to a proxy bypass, which I am pretty sure (110%) that my network and security teams won't allow.

I have found on the image assistant (which we are also planning to use) a URL for that - https://hpia.hpcloud.hp.com/ - is there the same for the Support assistant... or does it (hopefully conveniently) use the same URL?

thanks in Advance.
Ted
