Hi everyone,
So i dont know why, but my HP support assistant keep uninstalling itself... i install it and setup but sometimes i realise it just uninstalled itself which is very weird. So i have to keep installing it a few times per month.
Plus it doesnt give me updates at all, just Intel rapid storage.
It used to give me many updates (around 10 months ago) and after the update, it has changed...
Anyone can answer my questions?
Thank you!
Felipe

@FelipeS Welcome to HP Forums Community!
If you've got more than one antivirus program installed on your device, there are chances of a conflict and it may consider the HP Support assistant among other applications as an error and deleting the same, I suggest you ensure there's only one antivirus program installed on the PC, and if that's what you've already got, make sure you install the latest version of the HP application from this link: Click here
If that doesn't work, and you still don't have all updates showing up, though you have updates on the HP website, please get the original version of the application from the HP Recovery manager: Click here for details.
Let me know how that pans out,

Thank you for your help!
I checked the HP page you sent me and i have so many drivers to update! Its the HP app on my windows that is not finding stuff to update, only the intel rapid storage.
I only use one antivirus, and its the Windows one, so i dont think thats the problem...
I will update my drivers through the website from now on.
thank you!
