HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a new HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 and try to figure out the HP Client Security features.

HP Sure Click seems promising, but I have a genuine question:

Is HP Sure Click not supposed to "work correctly" (by blocking the pages or at least come up with an error or warning), when I access sucht malware test sites like http://metal.fortiguard.com/ or http://www.wicar.org/test-malware.html ?

I am using the HP Sure Click Secure Browser and HP Sure Click Desktop Console shows me the status is ok (all green). I start up the live view and I see Micro-VM's for all tabs I open. Now I visit both sites above and I do the tests.. and tests fail (no warning, no blocking..). Except the EICAR test which is blocked by Windows Defender.

When I use a any browser on any other machine (Opera, Firefox, Chrome, IE, Edge, etc), my access is blocked.

Even when I use any other browser (without the Sure Click extension installed!) on the same EliteBook, I get blocked.

I wonder.. is Sure Click actually working correctly? At least it does not show me any error.

According to Sure Click help it won't block but contain it in the VM

When HP Sure Click is installed, it opens websites and untrusted documents in a micro-VM (virtual machine). The micro-VM acts as a container that prevents malware from infecting your computer. If a website or document tries to infect your computer with malicious code, it will be contained within the micro-VM. This means your computer will not be infected. If you see malware attempting to run, close the browser tab or document to end the micro-VM session and destroy the malware.

It seems the link is invalid according to this forum so it has been removed, search Google for HP Sure Click Help What is HP Sure Click?
