Hi All,

My PC is running HP SureClick. Every time I try to open a document shared by a colleague through sharepoint, download a document from a known supplier's website, open an email attachment, open any document at all that is in my downloads folder - it tries to open in HP SureClick Secure View. The document will not open, it opens the program with a white bar at the top that says HP SureClick Secure View and a blank grey or white screen below. I then cannot close that window without first opening task manager and ending task for HP SureClick.

Multiple people in the business are using the same make/model of laptop with Wolf Security and HP Sure Click running and they have no problems.

I cannot open HP Secure Sense, or HP SureClick Console, they do not seem to be installed. Wolf Security is but has no settings related to Sure Click.

SureClick is not in my list of programs to add/remove.

I have updated the firmware, updated windows, updated Wolf Security and updated HP SureClick.

I have run a complete reset on the PC for an unrelated issue.

None of these things have fixed the issue.

Can anyone advise?
