OMEN X by HP 2S 15-dg0544na

I am receiving the following error when trying to install the HP System Information Store App - 0x803FB005
I have tried installing this on 4 laptops and all are having the same issues.

This is preventing me using the hardware keys on the keyboard via the OMEN app

Thanks.

@PreceptIT
Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

I suggest that you run the Windows app troubleshooter to scan your computer, identify the problems, and attempt to fix the issues automatically. If the troubleshooter can't find anything, I also suggest that you reset the Store app. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Store > Advanced options > Reset.

If the issue persists then try re-registering Store app. Perform these steps: ( suggested by Microsoft community )

1. Search for Windows PowerShell using Cortana or Windows Search.

2. From results, right-click on Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.

3. Then type following command and press Enter key:

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
Let the command completely.

4. Close Windows PowerShell and check Store app, it should work fine now.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
