HP Tilt Pen Bluetooth connectivity issues with Spectre x360

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased the HP Spectre x360-15-df1004ng, and even more recently the Tilt Pen (2MY21AA). I am running Windows 10 v1909. The system recognized the device, but will not connect. I have tried manually installing the Pens latest drivers for Windows Build 1909, but this does not resolve the Bluetooth connectivity issues. What am I doing wrong? Please help!
