HP Tilt Pen with 2 buttons and battery

When I bought the new Spectre an HP Tilt Pen came with it. It requires a battery. After installation, I can't figure out how to use the 2 buttons to sync to my laptop. It detects something called Filtrete, not tilt pen. It still won't sync to Filtrete either. I've tried both buttons, there is no light, and the top of the pen has no button. I threw the box away, so I can't give more helpful spec info. Please help.

Thanks for the answer. I had discovered this answer already.

My HP pen doesn't have the button on the end. I need to find a way to understand the 2 buttons on the tube of the pen
