HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When logging into my HP notebook the HP Unzip utility pops up and MSoft says that it is unresponsive.  To dismiss the the HP Unzip utility, at least 3 clicks are necessary.  It then may pop up at random times and interrupt workflow.  I see that a number of similar questions/problems have been discussed, but most are answer outside of the forum/group by HP Support direct contact.   Please help.
