Hi I have HP Victus D-1023NT
I want to play CS:GO on Fullscreen.
But after installing the realtek audio drivers with intel smart audio from HP website or Windows update or somewhere else
i can't play CS:GO on Fullscreen. Game minimizes itself after launch and it becomes unplayable.
If I uninstall the audio drivers, game works normally as it should be but there is no audio of course.
I use my laptop with Windows 11 Home.
System specifications:
i5-12500H
2x8gb 4800mhz DDR5
RTX 3050 Ti 75w
512GB SSD
Bios version F.11

Hello!
After install realtek (and there is sound), do you see any unknown device id Device Manager? (Win + X)
Intel Smart Sound issue, is a known error, windows cant recognize corretly your audio driver / get stuck with intel drivers...
- Find the latest Realtek Audio Driver and install this.
- If required try to remove all intel smart sound driver from Driver Manager, and try again to install latest Realtek Driver.
Sadly smart sound remove can be stucked, and can throw a bsod, but dont worry about this.

Thank you!
I uninstalled everything related Intel smart audio from device manager and reinstalled Realtek driver from HP
and problem seems to be solved. But it's still weird that something like this to be happen.
