Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop doesn't have an option to lock the max battery charge to 80% in BIOS. It only has "Adaptive Battery Optimizer " option. As I am always using the laptop, I can't keep it plugged in always. Is there a way to set battery limit to my device, it would be really helpful.

HPSA asked me to install HP Power Manager last week and an update 2 days after that. I don't know how good or bad it is but could be still under development. I test run once, it has following options

             HPpower.png

 

Under the last option, it allows you to to set yourself.  More information

HP power manager software is not available both from my system and from the software support page from HP.  Is there a way to download this app?

Sounds like it is only on business class machines. Your machines are not.
