HP Warranty Extension Arm Infoserve India PvtV LTd

Hi,

I want to bring attention of higher Management of HP. I had purchased the Pavilion laptop from Flipkart. So May 12 would be the end of 1 Year Warranty. I wanted to buy a extended warranty for my laptop. So I called customer support at: *bleep* who asked me to call another number within HP who told me I would receive a call within 24 hours, there upon I received a call from Arm Infoservice India Pvt Ltd, I had a suspicion about the quotation and company name, this is obvious suspicion because hp shopping has lot of care packs and why would customer support redirect the sales to another company. Can someone please confirm if this is legitimate?

Thank you for responding. After I paid the amount to Arm Infoserve India Pvt Ltd, I saw a lot of concerns online about possible fraud and I ended up posting here. But I got my warranty extended within 24 hours of payment to Arm Infoserve.
