HP Wolf Security Service - Download Link?

I am posting to this board as being a possible fit for my query, no others came close or were unsuitable.

I have purchased a care pack, which is for a 3 year HP Wolf Security Service - for 1 PC unit only.

Can anyone please tell me or link to where I can download and install this software (service)?

For 2 weeks now HP have failed to provide any link or indeed understand that it is software I have purchased, as they insist on only proceeding with a hardware serial number, and after which get bounced around from dept to dept ending in fail.

I could access the link, but there is a newer version 4.3.4.892 - anyone have a link?

Also Wolf Security Service includes  HP Sure Click Pro, HP Sure Sense Pro, HP TechPulse. 

Anyone have a link for HP TechPulse?
