I bought a notebook on 01/31/25, and it stopped working a few weeks ago. The technical service replaced the motherboard, and now the HP Wolf Security program does not recognize the license. I have had an open incident for three weeks, and no one is providing a solution. I would like to return the computer. Can you contact me?
