HP Recommended

Hello all, I have become victim of the keyboard and mousepad not working once I connect to the internet also.

Can I just do a master reset to reinstall Windows 10. And just leave Windows 11 alone until a later date. I don't mind doing a factory reset, because there isn't much on anything saved on hard drive. Will that solve my issue? 

 

If so, can anyone direct me on how to do it?
