Product: HP ENVY X2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm currently working on a client's laptop and the bootloader was missing so I got a USB C adapter and wanted to fresh install windows, the problem I have is the Laptop is not compatible with Legacy mode and Secure boot does not seems to affect the boot attempts as I'm always prompted to boot on EFI mode. I've tried different EFI shells an the only message I got is "Selected boot image did not authenticate". Note: I've already dissabled Sevure boot and tried multiple combinations
