i have a xb4 dock station and a envy 17t-j100 laptop there isnt a docking port for the cable WHERE can i get a adapter for this to i can use this its just been collecting dust anyone with info please hlelp

It says it is The docking station is compatible with all HP and Compaq notebooks having a USB 2.0 port that means it requires only USB 2.0 port for connection.

 

You do not need docking port, you can connect directly to USB port on your computer. Please read the document above.
